App Easy is an adult learning platform specializing in iPhone / iPad education and support. Our mission is to increase digital literacy and enhance the quality of life amongst seniors through education. 

Our Services

We provide in-person instruction coupled with on-demand support through our iOS app. We partner with senior living facilities to provide structured technology training to their residents.

Our specialists will visit your community on a weekly basis for our in-person workshops. Our curriculum has been developed with Little Brothers Friends of the Elderley and Community Tech Network to cover essential learning objectives specifically designed for seniors.

Residents can continue their learning in between instructional sessions through the App Easy app. By the simple click of one button, residents can connect with one of our specialists (a real person!) through a live video call for on-demand support.

Our specialists are on standby to answer calls from 9am to 9pm PST.

Our Digital Literacy Program

App Easy’s 8-week Digital Literacy Program is focused on providing seniors with the necessary skills to feel empowered on their mobile devices.

Our Partners

App Easy has partnered with Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly (LBFE) and Community Tech Network (CTN) to implement a digital literacy curriculum that has been shown to improve social isolation and health-related quality of life amongst isolated older adults. In an initial pilot program with 75 participants, results demonstrated increased digital literacy rates and improved feelings of connectedness amongst participants.

Each participant is granted access to the App Easy app for unlimited remote device support.

  • Significantly higher rates of technology use and confidence

  • Statistically significant improvements in internet use and self-reported skills

  • A trend toward improved perceived social support amongst the group that completed the technology training

  • Potential reduction in social isolation / loneliness amongst older adults when taught technology skills
